In a modern building that faithfully follows the aesthetics of the area of the historic center of Kalamata, we have created for you two modern and fully equipped apartments. Keeping the story alive, we kept the same front door that existed in the old building that was built on this site in 1910.

Cleanliness is a priority for us. Before each arrival the apartments and equipment are cleaned and disinfected by professionals.

  • We stayed at Jasmine Apartment for three days. The apartment is literally brand new with very good quality furniture. It is fully equipped (it even has a washing machine!) And we really did not miss anything. The location of the apartment is right in the center of the historic center of Kalamata, it can not be more central! We left with the best impressions and we will definitely prefer it again!

  • Μείναμε Σαββατοκύριακο τρεις φίλες στο διαμέρισμα magnolia και μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένες με τη φιλοξενία και το χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε ένα πολύ βολικό και ιστορικό σημείο στην πόλη. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πανέμορφο! Η σπιτική μαρμελάδα και όλες οι παροχές μας άφησαν την πιο γλυκιά γεύση!

  • This was just a terrific place! It is exactly how it looks online and is sparkling clean and beautifully appointed. Many thoughtful touches included homemade goods/wine. Communication was outstanding and prompt. Best of all, this little gem is located in a lovely historic section of the city with some of the very best restaurants only a stone’s throw away. Highly recommend a visit to Magnolia.
